Xavier Franco was invited back for the second time by the Miami Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust to speak to a group of high school seniors as part of their Ethical Governance Day program. The program seeks to place civic leaders in classrooms across the county to discuss the importance of civic engagement. Mr. Franco’s presentation focused on the constitution, with a focus on certain institutional safeguards built into our democratic form of government. He spoke with a fully engaged group of economics students at Miami’s John A. Ferguson Senior High School.
