George McArdle and Xavier Franco successfully drafted and negotiated a cost-plus construction contract, with a guaranteed maximum price for a multimillion dollar retail development in Miramar, Florida. The project, which will be anchored by a national tenant, is slated to break ground in the second quarter of 2018.
