George McArdle and Erimar von der Osten, successfully argued a motion for directed verdict after a three-day jury trial by a Plaintiff condominium purchaser who alleged the Defendant Developer made material false or misleading statements in its promotional materials for an upscale, high-rise Miami Beach condominium. The Plaintiff in the action was seeking $579,000 in principal and an additional $400,000 in accrued interest. The directed verdict resulted in a no-liability judgment for the client.
