Xavier Franco was one of a group of panelists speaking during a two-hour CLE program co-hosted with JAMS entitled “THINKing Differently about Commercial ADR”. The panelists discussed how to better structure and prepare for mediation, innovative approaches to drafting arbitration agreements, and ethical challenges presented by both forms of ADR.
